How can I be sure my files, pictures, and other data will not be lost?
As part of our Data Safeguard Guarantee, we always offer you a full data backup to CD or DVD prior to any computer repair services being performed. In most cases, even if your computer is not powering on or functioning properly we can extract and backup your data. In some cases, however, the data
will not be recoverable.
What kind of warranty do I get with my computer repair?
All computer repairs we perform include a full parts and labor warranty. Different parts however carry different warranty periods. Most new parts carry a one year warranty, whereas used parts usually carry a 14 to 90 day warranty. With each computer repair quote we will provide detailed warranty information.
